In the fast-paced environment of a modern car repair shop, efficiency and reliability are paramount. A crucial piece of equipment that embodies these qualities is the hydraulic 2-post lift. The POWER LIFT HL 2.35 NT SC, designed and manufactured by Nussbaum, exemplifies the power and precision required in today’s automotive workshops. With a robust load capacity of 3500 kg and innovative features, this lift is engineered for demanding daily use, capable of handling a diverse range of vehicles, including sports cars with low ground clearance.
This hydraulic lift stands out with its exceptional lifting and lowering speeds, completing a full cycle in record time for its class. This rapid operation minimizes downtime and maximizes workflow, essential for busy repair shops. Furthermore, the POWER LIFT HL 2.35 NT SC is designed for minimal maintenance. It eliminates synchronization ropes, pulleys, and ratchets, reducing the number of wear components and ensuring consistent, trouble-free operation over long periods. This robust design translates to lower running costs and increased shop productivity.
One of the key challenges in car repair is accommodating vehicles with low chassis. The POWER LIFT HL 2.35 NT SC addresses this with extra-flat, asymmetrical Sportscar arms. These arms, engineered with a low swivel height, effortlessly slide under low-riding vehicles, from high-performance sports cars to custom-tuned vehicles. This versatility ensures that the lift can handle a broad spectrum of vehicle types, expanding the service capabilities of the repair shop.
The POWER LIFT HL 2.35 NT SC incorporates patented Nussbaum NT and HyperFlow® technologies. These advanced systems contribute to the lift’s performance, safety, and efficiency. Developed and manufactured in Germany, this lift reflects over 40 years of Nussbaum’s expertise in automotive lifting solutions. Every power unit and hydraulic cylinder undergoes rigorous testing before shipment, ensuring high quality and reliability. The lift is also recommended by leading automotive brands like Mercedes-Benz and BMW, a testament to its quality and suitability for professional workshops.
Flexibility is another hallmark of the POWER LIFT HL 2.35 NT SC. Its base frame-free design and adjustable width and height allow for adaptable installation in various workshop configurations. With optional riser pipe extensions, the lift can reach a maximum height of 4904 mm, making it suitable for both low-ceiling workshops and for lifting taller vehicles like vans to an optimal working height. This adaptability ensures the lift can be tailored to the specific needs of any repair shop environment.
The hydraulic system of the POWER LIFT HL 2.35 NT SC is designed for energy efficiency and durability. Pulling hydraulic cylinders protect the hydraulic circuit during intensive use and minimize energy consumption. The HyperFlow® system automatically compensates hydraulic circuits, further reducing running costs, alongside the low maintenance design. The pump unit, integrated within a sound-absorbing metal housing on the control column, is easily accessible for servicing. The control column also features integrated compressed air connection and a 220 V socket, adding to the workshop convenience.
Constructed from high-quality steel, the arms and columns of the POWER LIFT HL 2.35 NT SC are welded in Nussbaum’s advanced facilities, shot-peened, and powder-coated in blue. This robust construction provides long-term protection against dirt and environmental factors, ensuring the lift maintains its appearance and functionality over years of service. The thoughtful design and high-quality finish of the POWER LIFT HL 2.35 NT SC not only deliver performance but also enhance the professional aesthetic of the car repair shop, creating a positive impression for customers.
Scope of Delivery:
